This kit is designed to purify DNA (80 bp - 12 kb) following restriction enzyme digestion, PCR amplification, or plasmid miniprep.  After clean up with this kit, salt, primers, enzymes, dNTPs, and other impurities will be removed from the DNA sample.

This kit is designed to extract and purify DNA (80 bp - 12 kb) from standard or low melting agarose gel in TAE or TBE buffer.
