This kit uses
the most widely used silica spin filter method for DNA purification from
different solutions. The kit can be used for removing proteins, enzymes,
ethidium bromide, salts, linkers, labels, and any other impurities in DNA
solutions. By incorporation of the renovated technology into the column, this
kit can also be used for concentrating DNA by eluting the DNA samples with low
volume of elution buffer.
