animal tissues or cultured cells. It provides a simple, non-toxic method for
efficiently isolating genomic DNA. No phenol, chloroform, or other hazardous
organic solutions are required. This kit results in pure, high-yield,
contaminant-free, high-molecular-weight genomic DNA. The procedure can be easily
scaled up for large quantity isolation of genomic DNA from various tissues. The
entire process can be completed in 2 hours or less.
