SuperTaq DNA Polymerase: A unique mixture formulated with multiple thermal DNA polymerases. This enzyme is especially useful for amplification of longer PCR products or GC-rich templates. The majority of the amplified DNA fragments are blunt-ended.

 

HP-Taq DNA Polymerase: A special thermal DNA polymerase which has much higher DNA amplification power than regular Taq DNA polymerase. HP-Taq DNA polymerase is also a very stable enzyme at higher temperatures. The fidelity of HP-Taq DNA polymerase is similar to regular Taq DNA polymerase. However, the amplification power is much higher than many regular Taq DNA polymerases. HP-Taq DNA Polymerase is recommended for applications which require higher amplification power, more amplification cycles, or longer exposure to high temperatures.

 

HF-Taq DNA Polymerase: A very unique thermal DNA polymerase formulation 3´ to 5´ proofreading exonuclease activity. It offers extremely high fidelity, and therefore serves as an economical replacement for the Pfu DNA polymerase.
