This is a quick and easy spin column method for isolation of genomic DNA from various animal tissues and cultured cells. No phenol or other hazardous organic chemicals are required. Kits are available in Mini and Maxi preparations. The Mini Kit will process small samples up to 30mg, while the Maxi Kit can process up to 1,000mg of tissue.
