3. Antibody Production
(Catalog #: CS3)
We offer custom polyclonal and
monoclonal (mouse only) antibody production in rabbit, chicken, mouse, and goat.
Our antibodies are generated from either peptide or protein. Our
complete services give you more options for better antibodies in different
animal species.
(a) Custom antibody production from your
antigen ($599):
We use your antigen (about 1 mg of
protein for each rabbit). This
service includes 2 rabbits and free ELISA.
Enzymax
guarantees the positive response via ELISA to the antigen injected

Custom peptide antibody production ($899):
We
design and synthesize peptide antigen (15 amino acids, 95% purity) for you.
This service also includes 2 rabbits and free ELISA. Additional
peptide is only $15/residue.
Enzymax
guarantees that the antiserum will recognize the free peptide in either ELISA
Assay or Dot Blot Assay.
(c) Custom phosphor-peptide
antibody production ($2120):
We
Synthesize both phosphor and non-phosphor peptides. The Service includes
phosphor-peptide polyclonal antibody production in 2 rabbits and two steps
phosphor-peptide affinity purification.
(d) Custom fusion protein purification
and antibody production ($2400):
We will choose a coding region (~300
amino acids), which is the most antigenic and divergent, as the antigen, and
clone the selected region into an E. coli expression vector.
We will purify about 2 mg fusion protein to inject two rabbits for
antibody production. We will send
the full-length cDNA to you if available. This
service includes 2 rabbits and free ELISA.
Enzymax
guarantees that the customer will not be charged unless at least 1 mg fusion
protein is successfully expressed and purified if Enzymax design the antigen.
If customer requested a specific design and the protein did not express
enough, a 50% charge will be applied.
(e) Custom monoclonal antibody
production ($5,999)
The
service includes 5 mice immunization, multiple fusions, Elisa test, clone
stabilization and expansion, isotyping and ascites production. We will
deliver a minimum of 3 different clones to you.

You
provide us with a gene name, or gene sequence, or an open reading frame (ORF)
name, we will clone the gene into our vector or your vector.
